Our second ever 'Sunrise Series' event featuring an acoustic live performance by the ever talented Dave Swanson, guided meditation, journaling, and coffee/pastries from a local cafe.
Bring your own blanket, pen & journal- the rest is covered.

SCHEDULE:
-8:30-8:40am: Coffee Bar Snacks, Meet + Greet
-8:45-9am: Guided meditation in the great outdoors (did we mention riverfront views?)
-9-9:15am: 15min open writing session/journaling
-9:15-10am: Live acoustic performance
